      Not only do we offer local pickup and delivery, we also offer shipping anywhere in the United States. At a flat rate of $8, we strive to offer fast shipping and stress free ordering. We offer free shipping for all orders over $100! Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped via USPS. 

      We will send tracking information for your package via email. Once your orders are processed, we do not allow for any modifications. 

      Please make sure your address is correct before placing the order. Vine and Branch Florist is not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address. Once the package has been dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for the package. 

      Return Information: 

      We want you to love your purchase and be completely satisfied. In the event that something does not work for you, here is what you can do:

      1. Within 15 days of purchase e-mail us at vandbflorist@yahoo.com with your order number and information to let us know that you need to return an item. 
      2. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us in the original packaging with any tags etc… that it came with. 
      3. When we receive your return we will issue STORE CREDIT to you via the e-mail you purchased the item from. We do not do refunds.
      4. Only items from smoke free environments will be accepted for return
      5. Sale items are not eligible for return.
